Senior Property Manager:

We only hire Property Managers with a minimum of five (5) years experience. We recruit, train and reward our property managers very well. We acknowledge that we typically look after our Landlord’s second most valuable asset (after the personal home). This is a big responsibility hence our emphasis on only recruiting the best property managers.

You will need outstanding interpersonal, communication, time management and organisational skills; the ability to negotiate win-win outcomes; passion; resilience; strong personal presentation and to possess an on-going commitment to self-improvement.

 

Sales Roles:

Our real estate office’s approach to selling real estate based on the Jenman and Pittard Training Group real estate sales systems.

The entry requirements are high. You will be required to undergo intensive training using proven programs provided by the Pittard Training Group before you commence.

 

FAST TRACK – (SALES CADET-TO-SALES EXECUTIVE)

Career Progression:

  • First month: Foundations, you will learn how to prospect
  • Second – sixth month: Prospecting plus working with buyers
  • Seven months plus: Learn how to list.

 

We are looking for two candidates for an immediate start. We will pay a very high base salary and provide intensive training (internal and external) to ensure that you have the best possible start to your real estate career.

 

You will:

  1. Be a self-starter willing to learn, have a persistent attitude and a good reason to be in real estate
  2. Have no real estate experience. We want to train you from scratch!
  3. Have a background in sales (but not real estate experience)
  4. Be ready for an immediate start
  5. Have an Agents Representatives Certificate
  6. Have a drivers license and reliable car

 

Salary:

Month 1: Paid on the basis of $60k inc super

Month 2 – 6: Paid on the basis of $80k inc super

Month 7+: Paid on the basis of $80k inc super plus bonuses (OTE: $120-150k)

Month 18+: Salary review performance matched to potential higher base salary

 

You will be provided with a fully paid company iPhone at all salary levels
